A man was found hiding under a duvet by the side of a bed at a woman’s home he was banned from entering.
Chad Shields, 28, of Station Road, Kirkham, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order.
It was his third breach of the order.
He was bailed for sentence at a later date by District Judge Pamela Baldwin sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court. He must not enter Canberra Way, Warton, where his girlfriend lives.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said police went to Shields’s girlfriend’s home on July 19.
They found the defendant hiding under a duvet which was on the floor at the side of the bed in the main bedroom.
Steven Townley, defending, said the restraining order, which ends in November this year, had been made the subject of the order, even though Shields had been cleared of assaulting his girlfriend. Both of them appeared to want the restraining order lifted.
