Action to ensure homes are kept safe

It is the first social housing landlord in the country to receive its Gas Safety Management Certification as part of a new benchmark ensuring tenants safety.

Mark Shepley, services manager for BCH, said: “We are proud that we are the first social housing landlord to achieve this accreditation.

“It demonstrates that BCH and our gas contractor are providing a service on-site that is in line with industry best practice.

“Residents can have peace of mind that our gas work meets the highest quality and safety standards and has gone through rigorous and impartial third party review.”
