Andriy Shevchenko scored the only goal of the game as Dynamo Kiev beat city rivals Arsenal to move four points ahead of Shakhtar Donetsk at the top of the Superliga.
The former AC Milan and Chelsea striker netted in the 38th minute to make it eight wins from nine matches for Dynamo.

Shakhtar lost ground after sharing four goals with third-placed Dnipro.

Luiz Adriano put the visitors from Donetsk ahead in the 25th minute but Maxim Kalinichenko and Sergey Seleznev turned things around before Adriano's second made it a point apiece.

Karpaty Lviv climbed into sixth place after Serghiy Kuznetsov's last-minute goal gave them a 1-0 win over Zakarpattya while Vorskla and Chornomorets drew 0-0.
