Were you in this class at school? Or do you recognise someone who was?
Former pupils of Arnold High School for Girls are looking to set up a reunion this summer, for those who took their General Certificate of Education (GCE), in 1964. As this year marks their 50th anniversary of finishing the school, several past students decided a get-together would be a timely event and a good idea.
The date and venue are yet to be confirmed, but the group is hoping to arrange something around the start of July - depending on when former pupils are available.
The school, on Bispham Road, started as Arnold School for Girls, before becoming Greenlands High School and most recently, Bispham High.
They are also making arrangements to have a tour around the school, on June 7 – the school will close in July this year, so it will be a last chance.
Pam Aspin – nee Clegg – one of the former students involved in organising the reunion, said: “We are looking for people from the GCE year 1964. We thought it would be nice to mark the 50th anniversary of leaving school – to share memories from the time, catch up with everyone and see everyone again.
“At this stage we are looking to get an idea of numbers, and an idea of when and where would suit most people.”
