Music of decades
An award winning band whose repertoire covers nine decades of pop and rock makes its Poulton debut tomorrow at The Edge.
One Way – Gary, Doug, Chris and Baz – are four young men who break most of the
current musical rules in that they play all their instruments and they all sing all their own vocals and harmonies..
Musically they cover everything from At the Hop (50's), Happy Together (60's) to The Eagles (70's) and from Happy Hour (80's) past The Proclaimers 500 Miles (90's) and to The Kaiser Chiefs right up the current charts – and even throw in a touch of 20s and 40s for good measure!
The band have won the Yorkshire Mercury awards best band award for the last three years.
They will be performing in the ground floor bar of The Edge on Hardhorn Road –with the Comedy Station taking place
upstairs.
