Helping to stamp out cancer

POPULAR local folk act Penny Black are holding an all star charity show at Layton Institute on Friday.

Before It's Too Late 2 is in aid of Cancer Care, and will feature The Alan Bell Band, Scolds Bridle, Chris & Siobhan Nelson, Dom Collins, Ryan Cregan, The Blue Pig Orchestra and Penny Black with compere Dave Jones.

Admission to the event is by purchase of the double CD Before It's Too Late 2, produced by Penny Black, and featuring 27 tracks from their back catalogue,

including John Bond's CD Before It's Too Late.

The double album costs 12 and will admit up to two people into the concert.

All profits from the event, CD sales and raffle will go to Cancer Care.
