Tonight sees three top punk and indie rock bands take the stage at The Tache, in its new headquarters on Corporation Street.

Headlining will be Dollface, Preston’s biggest punk band, and a must-see for all fans of the genre.

Also featured will be Not Ned, a high energy indie pop-punk band from Manchester, combining gritty vocals and honest lyrics.

Completing the bill are Hope.Break.Legend, a pop-punk band who describe themselves as “a force to be reckoned with”.

It’s the latest in a series of live band nights which the venue is putting on every second Friday.

Doors open at 10pm and the venue stays open until 4am. Admission is £4 on the door.

“Since moving to our new home on Corporation Street, in just two months we have staged 22 live bands,” says venue owner Rob Wynne. “We provide in-house PA to a very high quality, plus in-house sound engineers. The effect is quite spectacular.”

Any bands wanting to play should email thetache@hotmail.co.uk.

Good Luck, and I hope they are PUNK, not just bands that sound crap like the ones that played at the lime lounge in Cleveleys and the Blue Room, you know who you are......
