RURAL Fylde Conservatives are seeking the opinions of local people in Kirkham.
A survey is being distributed to every house in Kirkham, about 3,100.

The survey asks questions about local services and priorities. Answers will be used to formulate policy and to identify areas to campaign on.

Coun Simon Renwick, the survey co-ordinator said: "I am delighted that we are undertaking this initiative.

"It is really important that we get as many views and opinions as possible.

"I urge all people who receive a survey to fill it in and let us know your thoughts about local services and priorities as well as letting the local Conservative Party know you feelings on national issues like the NHS."

If you don't live in Kirkham and still want to take part, you can visit www.ruralfylde.co.uk and download a copy from there.

The survey can be returned by using the freepost address provided.
