Tomorrow's midday recital at Poulton Methodist Church, the third of the Fylde Arts Autumn Series, will be given by Tapestry of Music (aka Brian and Glynis Radford) who will be presenting a seasonal programme with a difference - Music for a Medieval Christmas.
Tapestry of Music was formed in 1978 with the aim of presenting music from medieval to the baroque period on authentic instruments– or copies of originals.
This week's programme includes many 13th and 14th traditional pieces from England, France, Italy, Spain and the Isle of Man, all performed in costume of the period.
The recital begins at 1pm and admission is £5 with £3 for Fylde Arts members. Hot lunches are available at the church from 11.30am (£3) and other refreshments are also served in the coffee cafe.
