MULTI-AWARD winning comedian and actor Ricky Gervais (left) is returning to Blackpool for two headline shows in December.
Tickets for his brand new live show Science – which will be held at Blackpool Opera House on December 9 and 10 – go on sale from Friday at 10am.
In the last year, as well as starring in his first Hollywood feature film – Ghost Town – Gervais has achieved a series of personal firsts.
They include performing multiple nights to sell-out audiences at The Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles and The Madison Square Gardens in New York, stealing the show at The Emmys and The Golden Globes, writing, producing, directing and starring in his second feature film – This Side Of The Truth. He has recorded an HBO special of his live show Out Of England, and was asked to host the Oscars.
Gervais hopes Science will gain the record for the fastest selling stand up show of all time .
