Brighton-based Ricochet, the maker of BBC1's Open House and Channel 5's Cowboy Builders is making a new TV property series.
The show is about empty properties and aims to explore the many ways they could possibly become someone's home again.
The producers want to hear from potential buyers who may be willing to consider such a property in their search for their ideal home.
They would also like to hear from people who've taken the plunge and renovated a previously neglected property into their dream home.
In each programme the presenter will show buyers around suitable vacant properties to explore their potential to be a new home.
