A CAPITAL connection is helping a Blackpool accountancy firm build up a record number of customers.
As one of the UK's fastest-growing companies, Danbro has opened its second UK branch in Covent Garden in London.
And just a few months later the work coming into the office at Whitehills Business Park is double the amount this time last year.
It means the firm in Peel has started a recruitment drive and hopes to expand its workforce of 42 by even more over the coming months.
The London office has allowed the company to meet with the large number of clients they already represent in the capital, and also to collaborate with recruitment agencies to provide specialised accounting, umbrella and limited company services to contractors.
Damian Broughton, managing partner at Danbro, said the high level of customer service at the firm led to the increase in contractor, freelance and temporary worker clients joining it in a single month.
A recent customer survey found that almost 95 per cent of clients said they were satisfied with the company's advice.
Mr Broughton added: "Our clients are nationwide and the opening of the London office has helped swell the number of customers we have using our resources in Blackpool.
"The opening of the London office has helped us get more high profile clients in southern England. We are currently recruiting new staff at Whitehills and if the current trend continues we hope this will carry on.
"We are delighted that more and more contractors are recognising the benefits of working with Danbro and the fact that we have set a new record for more clients gained is particularly pleasing because it comes during very challenging economic conditions. We believe our excellent customer service, and the confidence our clients can have that our solutions are completely compliant, are key factors in our success.
"We look forward to continuing to develop our services for the benefit of our existing and future clients."
Last year, Danbro was named one of the fastest-growing private businesses in the UK.
