Meat theft suspect put on wanted list

A MAN accused of stealing meat has been put on the wanted list.
Robert Wilson, 40, of Bright Street, South Shore, had a warrant without bail issued by Blackpool magistrates for his arrest after he failed to attend court.

Woolly appeal

Lights switch-on

MAYFIELD School choir will sing before the St Annes Christmas lights switch-on this Saturday. Youngsters from Clifton Primary School will also sing at the event in St Annes Square. The switch-on will be at 4pm, the festivities start at 2pm.

Club man in court

A MAN accused of breaching a condition of his licence at Branigans nightspot has appeared at court. Carl Swain, 36, of Bridgewater Avenue, Anchorsholme, had his case adjourned to December 3 by Blackpool magistrates.
