A MAN under two driving bans was seen behind the wheel of a Mercedes by police.
Kieran Bethel, 51, of Maitland Avenue, Cleveleys, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, without insurance or an MoT, breaching a court order for supervision and failing to answer bail.
He was sentenced to 18 weeks' imprisonment suspended for 12 months and banned from the road for 12 months by Blackpool magistrates.
