ADAM Hammill has been pencilled into make his debut at Wrexham today after signing for Blackpool from Premiership Liverpool.
The 20-year-old winger has been earmarked as an exciting prospect by Reds boss Rafa Benitez and has been offered a long term contract at Anfield.

But Benitez wants the fleet-footed youngster to get further experience before handing him a regular starting slot - and that's why he's coming to the seaside.

"I'm delighted to have landed an exciting player like Adam," said Pool boss Simon Grayson.

"He's a player we know about and have admired and I'm delighted to have got the deal done when plenty of other clubs were interested."

We discussed this player at the recent G8 summit - all were in agreement - he will do very well indeed for the Pool. :-)

It is now that our status as a championshipship club is starting to pay dividends and we are now are atracting the players of the future from Premiership clubs as well as experience. Lets just get on with at and see what 'appens.

Great to see that SG has convinced such a prospect to come to The Mighty against competition from other clubs. Things are comming together just a couple more including Dickov and we are looking good for next season!
